I was just reading some criticism of Destiny and Bungie in general on reddit the other day (something about layoffs and some unfair digs at Destiny). It got me thinking about Destiny 2 and whether it was done yet and what Bungie might do next. That final DLC is out, as you say, so what now?

Games Beaten
-Hollow Knight (PS5)
Hollow Knight is clearly a special game. It's a game about a kingdom of bugs but takes itself incredibly seriously and that mostly works. It can be tough to find and follow the lore of the game but it's not to the game's detriment. Hollow Knight plays wonderfully and serves up a challenge to match its tight controls. Sometimes that challenge can be a little much but the game is fair and death is rarely too great of an inconvenience. My gripe with the difficulty is the technically optional endgame boss rushes that are just so brutal. But even with a bit of a bloated runtime, it's a fantastic game.
Games Bought
Light month in July! The only additions I made were a couple Switch eShop purchases. I bought Piczle Cross: Story of Seasons, which is a farmed-themed Picross game based on the long-running Story of Seasons franchise, and Mechstermination Force, a 2D run-and-gun game where you fight colossal robots. Oh! I did finally get the big Destiny 2 expansion, The Final Shape (PS5).
Games Being Played
-Live A Live (Switch)
I am in the final chapter. Still working on recruiting all the characters.
-Yakuza 0 (PS4)
I had started this game early in the year and then had to shelf it due to life reasons but now I'm back in Kamurocho busting heads!
-Piczle Cross: Story of Seasons (Switch)
I have been playing a lot of this Picross game!
-Destiny 2 (PS5)
I am behind on this expansion but I am looking forward to seeing the end of this story that has been building for the last ten years.
