With my awesome powers of pre-cognition, I predict we will see sci-fi shooters!
And hopefully Zelda.
And hopefully a FFXV release window.

With E3 looming right around the corner (Holy shit, next week!), what predictions do you have? And what would you like to see be shown?
Also; what surprise would you like to see?
I predict we'll see lots of jawdropping footage for games that everyone will be disappointed in when they finally come out.
I also predict that hardware fanboys will use this footage to claim supremacy for their system of choice and that there will be much flaming on VGCHARTZ.
Finally, I predict that Snee will be right about the Sci-Fi Shooters.
Predictions - Slight PS4 price cut to undercut the X1 and keep the momentum going. Demon's Souls 2 shown in its full glory on stage at Sony's event, with a release window mentioned.
X1 will have a strong stable of must-have games to continue the momentum they've picked up from the price drop, putting it into serious contention with the PS4. Not sure what they'll have, but stuff like Sunset Overdrive is sure to impress.
For Nintendo, I think they'll have a strong showing of Wii U games, specifically a few big franchises from their stable. They'll also show or announce some third party developed stuff using Nintendo properties. NFC figures will also show up for specific Wii U games to try and capitalize on the Skylanders market.
That's three questions but I can answer them all with. . . CRACKDOWN 3!!!
The Ruffian Games, makers of Crackdown 2, are apparently NOT working on a Crackdown game according to wiki. this article on GameRant says it might be handed to another dev and be coming in 2016. That seems based on a rumor that broke back in January however. There was a hint in last year's X1 announcement show that a Crackdown game is in the works - there was a agility orb icon on a screen in the background - but my prediction is that there won't be a Crackdown 3 announcement this E3 which sucks because it would be a system seller for me for sure.
HOPE TO SEE: Gameplay footage for games we know are coming: Star Wars Battlefront 3, Uncharted 4, Assassin's Creed Unity, The Last Guardian, Batman: Arkham Knight, Kingdom Hearts 3, Final Fantasy XV, Metal Gear Solid 5: Phantom Pain, Mass Effect 4, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Mirror's Edge 2 and Far Cry 4.
SURPRISES/WISHES: Left 4 Dead 3, Demon's Souls' 2 (Project Beast), KOTOR 3, CrashBandicoot (Reboot), Metroid Wii U, Zelda Wii U, Mario Wii U, Star Fox Wii U, Mass Effect Trilogy (Next Gen Upgrade), Tomb Raider 2, NEW IPs
I'm not sure about predictions, but I have been waiting for a new Star Fox or F-Zero game from Nintendo! I mean seriously, we haven't seen games from these series since the GCN days (not including Star Fox 64 3D)! I would be thrilled to see just one of these announced. Other than that, I'm looking forward to some surprises.
My pie in the sky predictions
Nintendo: They either drop the price on the Wii U to $199 with a choice of first party game. Or they reveal their version of streaming service that includes games from all the Nintendo consoles. Or else the rumor turns out to be true that they are releasing a new combo system that is both portable and home console.
Sony: They show Last Guardian and it will be on store shelves this Christmas. They announce a continued collaboration with Valve and show a teaser trailer for Portal 3 and Dota on the PS4 with mouse and Keyboard support. The rumor is confirmed that there is a PS4/Vita bundle.
Microsoft: They reveal that they have joined/or are collaborating with Oculus rift to make VR a staple in gaming. They show a demo of a game playing on an Xbox One with a Kinect tracking your movements to put you in a game. They announce games from the people who turned their Xbox One into dev kits.
I know these are pie in the sky dreams but wouldn't be cool
That Phantasy Star Online 2 will FINALLY get a release date here in ther US.
Also Sega will release Sonic the Hedgehog 4 episode 3.
final word from game makers that the Online Pass idea is truly and finally dead, being told that it's up to game designers is a non-answer.
What? Stop looking at me like that!
