About Me:
They call me "Mr. Nintendo"...because I tell them to :-P I'm not a fanboy, but I am a bit of a fanatic. Still welcoming of other companies' stuff (I LOVE the PS2), but very Nintendo-centric.
Believe it or not, I'm actually more socially awkward on the internet than I am in real life. Perhaps this is because I didn't grow up with the internet (I'm 37, and didn't get my first computer until I was 21!). I've never even played online co-op! I'm hoping to change that someday.
Anyway, my interests are: Anything creative; reading (books, magazines, news, etc.); words/language (definitions, vocabulary, etc.); simple math; charity/volunteering; intelligent discussion; public speaking (can you believe it? No fear!); open-minded/tolerant faith...
My tastes are: Variety, creativity, so-bad-it's-good stuff (as mentioned below), humor, anything fun that doesn't hurt anybody...
What I like to do: Play video and computer games (of course); watch/read/listen movies/TV/books/music; eat and walk it off, lol; do puzzles (mostly of the jigsaw variety); write various things (stories, poems, speeches, random musings, etc.); volunteering when I can...
My favorite movies: Examples: anything Star Wars, The Truman Show, Monty Python, The Silence of the Lambs, M. Night Shyamalan, The Shawshank Redemption, Pixar, Hitchcock, 12 Angry Men, Indiana Jones films, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Exorcist, Peter Jackson, James Cameron.
Favorite TV shows: Examples: 24, Quantum Leap, Mystery Science Theater 3000 (for those who don't know, they make fun of bad/cheesy movies), Monk, anything Star Trek (haven't seen much DS9, though), Alias, Everybody Hates Chris, The Simpsons, Monty Python, Chuck, Castle.
Favorite books: Examples: Garfield by Jim Davis, Dark Rivers of the Heart and Oddkins by Dean Koontz, Batman: Year One by Frank Miller, Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson, a few Star Wars books, and The Quotable Einstein.
Where I work/go to school: I'm on disability, and I am currently attending The Art Institute of Atlanta as a film student.

Almost anything Mario/Metroid/Zelda, puzzle games, Kart Racers, Resident Evil series, fighting games, platformers, action/adventure, and more I'll think of later...
Favorite Music:
Absolutely everything. Not EVERYONE, mind you, but every kind of music there is. I believe that genres exist only for the purpose of description and categorization. There are three kinds of music: a)Excellent, b)Terrible, and c)Everything in-between.
