About Me:

So, you’ve found my bio… I promise it won't make your health deplete. Or at least not in a way that prevents you from gaining experience.

I’ve been playing video games since I was about three years old when my uncle brought over an NES. It began with Super Mario Bros. and then spread to games like Mega Man and Snake, Rattle ‘n Roll. My love for video games just kept expanding from there.

Today, I like Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony. Every console gets some love! I enjoy RPGs, Action, Adventure, RTS, and Fighters. I don’t mind FPSs now and then either. I enjoy finding and experiencing games that are fun and different (like Katamari Damacy, Flower, etc.). I really enjoy games that take chances. I also like to be challenged and am drawn to challenging games. Of course, I don’t mind mainstream games, either.

I really like to play games that have unique gameplay and games that exemplify the good ways of story integration. I’ll admit, I still have a soft spot for epics that a lot of people find contrived (JRPGs for everyone!). Playing games with design in mind adds a different layer to the experience that I’ve come to enjoy.

Even though you don’t get the recognition you deserve for reading this, just know that you've unlocked an achievement, received a trophy, and earned a Wiiward in my book.

Favorite Games:

Age of Empires II, Baldur’s Gate I and II, Chrono Trigger, Deus Ex, Dragon Quest VIII, Final Fantasy (here’re my favorites in order: VI, VII, IX, X, IV, XII, VIII, XIII, XI, I, V, III, and II), Half-Life series, Katamari Damacy series, Lufia II, Mario series, Mario Kart SNES & 64, Mega Man original series and X-X3, Mother series, StarCraft, Star Wars games (namely Battlefront II, Dark Forces II, Galactic Battlegrounds, KoTOR, and Outcast), Super Metroid, Super Smash Bros. series, Total Annihilation, Zelda series (my main favorites: Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, and then Ocarina of Time), etc.

Favorite Music:

I like a variety of music. My favorite genres are classical and rock (classic and current), and I think I'm starting to like a lot of various electronic genres that I don't know the names of. They're quite good.
